Problem of Near Reference Point

hello.

I'm PAL wholesaler.

I have a problem related to the NRP.

One client often returns PAL lens due to the green cross line doesn't correspond to the black cross.(reference to attached file)

So, I explained that in case of high prescription, it might be possible due to prism effect by near inset. however, unfoturnately, He doesn't understand my explanation.

If you have some more simpla and easy way to explaine this matter, please let me know.
