Lindberg temple covers

A patient of mine has a pair of Lindberg frames which they purchased in Malaysia. Her rubber temple covers split and nothing I have in my lab is "quite as comfortable" as the originals. I don't carry Lindberg and when I looked them up online, it looks like the only contact phone number for them is in Europe. Any ideas out there as to where I could get my hands on those temple covers?
