How to configure the PC Speakers and Mike to use as Telephone?
My systems have internal / external Modems, Speakers/ and Mike.
I can perform Netmeeting,Audio chatting with Online friends.
I can use Computer to Phone facilities once I am on the NET, but..If I want to call a Phone No, without loging on to net,
directly by using Phone Dialer in accessories , can we do it ?
I get connected but my Speakers and Mike do not
come in to action.My mike and Speakers are connected to computer.
When I connect the same to the External Modem, I get that Omni present whistleing
" Png Ping ping ..Tyaaoon Tyaoon Cheee Cheeee Khwoorr..." Vomitting symphony! And I cannot use Mike
and Speakers thru External Modem even for Online Chatting.
Hallo Anybody, can you solve this Net Ear and Throat Problem ?

Sandeep,
Have you set up your "dialing properties" in phone dialer. You must also setup the "area code rules".Hope this helps.
