For progressive lenses in frames with heavy end-pieces that can't be panto'd, can specifying POW help in any lens other than Individual?

I adjust these frames back further on the temples to change tilt.
we have this problem with alot of the rimless frames some of them are so flexible its hard to panto them. On rimless i try6 to put a little panto in the angle of the drill hole, thats why6 its crucial to look at the frame on the patient and see if it needs anything special prior to making the lenses!
This all boils down to STUPID DESIGNERS that should not be designing frames!!!!!!!
Part of the solution is to let your patients know that the frame doesn't have enough panto and that if they want the frame you will need to adjust it further back. Instead of talking about the prescription not working as well, talk about how the frame doesn't look right on them. Show them with a mirror that the frame is further out on the bottom then on the top and that it looks strange that way.
I must have low ears or something because I always have to adjust my frames to increase the tilt. The frames I have on now are adjusted further back on the temples but you can't tell when I have them on, my hair covers it.
