    X-file

    just given a task by my boss.. he wanted me to plan for him a marketing plan on how to work closer with a hospital near by.. i take it as a chalenge but i really have no idea how he want it to be. i have submitted a draft copy then he return to me and said he want everything in detail.. come on man.. i'm not a marketting guy.. i just an optometrist here.. i was not paid for all these job.. just share here to voice out my unhappiness.. did anyone here receive kind of 'x-file'?? how u handle it??

    Yes, I think we've all been given tasks that the boss has absolutely no idea how to approach, yet they expect us to.

    This is for certain: If you do a great job at it, your boss will take 100% of the credit!:D

    What is an optometrist in Malaysia? Are you the doctor, or more of the optician type?

    hi we here not recognize as Doctor, we did study ocular disease and pharmacology but not allowed to prescribe it. i should say we just something in between the DR and optician.
