As I said on the other thread, "you're going to get about 6 different answers and they are all good".

I like DAC because of it's versitility. If someone gave me the money to buy any one that I wanted this is what I would get. Others will tell you about Coburn, LOH, Schneider, Optotech and Whoever.

I think the DAC and the Schneider small generator with a polisher are about the same price.

Did the price on the Schneiders come down or the DACs go up? When I last checked, the Schneiders were much higher?

    small Schneider

Schneider came out over a year ago with a smaller model. Satis Loh also has a small freeform generator

But producing freeform is much more costly than buying a freeform generator and polisher

This is DAC's website, look at it and then contact them. They are good people to deal with.

It depends what you want to have. Complete systems, material mix, additional equipment, laser and printer are all having influence on a good processing lab.

Before you buy, check references of any companies last 5-10 installs. Find out about the after service from those customers. 100% you will need it.

And remember whatever you buy you need two of them. We dispense alot of freeform and our lab is always having one of their generators or polishers "down". I think redundancy is the key.
