Confused Help- What Lens is Lenscrafters Featherweight Smart-Fit??

    Hi Y'all,
Caught in a bind, I have a patient that is wearing a Lenscrafters Featherweight Poly Smart-Fit progressive and has had no problems with it. I called and they don't know what the exact branding on it is (I did not talk to the manager). I put this patient in an Ellipse in plastic at first and she did not feel they were as clear, after I called LC I switched her to a Smallfit in poly and now the whole lens feels 'swimmy'. I am not sure what else to do. I am really curious to know what lens that Smart Fit is... Any help would be appreciated!
    Thanks!

Have you seen them in person? If so, what do the identifiers look like? If not, just call up a LC and tell them a friend told you about SmartFit and you want to know about it.

Should have presented your lens as vastly superior in every respect to theirs. Confidence in product can make a huge difference.
