What kind of price would I expect to pay for a trial frame/lens set?

If I wanted to get a set for myself to use to help diagnose eyewear complaints? Would I be able to purchase a kit from an optometry school, or are there other avenues to get an inexpensive (but still nice) set?

Check Ebay, there are usually several listed there. Also VSI (opticalabrat) sells them.

There are many places that sell them. I would guess that between the frame and lens set, you are in for about 3 or 4 Frankins. Some Optiboarders may be able to help. Brother Johns may have a few left. Contact him!
