    Optical Representataives?

In India, we have Medical Reps who are running the health show by constantly updating the Doctors about latest upgrdaes.
Are there any Optical Represntatives out some where doing the same? If yes, what are the items thry promot? Lenses? Frames?
Are they employed by Retail Optician or Manufactores ?

Any points for being a contact lens technician, ocularist, optician?

Not good enough at anything to make a living at it by itself.

I left out, Owner, operator, Pres. CEO, Janitor, handyman, and garbage man.

    Hi chip,
At my place MDs only have a Monopoly of saling Contacts. That's why, in my mind, there was no saperate classification.
MDs here, I wonder, what would have done, had Cls required to be to grind, adjust temple, tighten screws!!
As CLs just don't have those oppurtunities they like it very much..
