    Honestly, I think it was my phone that gave out. I read so much of the book to you {all but the last chapter} and I REALLY had to make a bathroom run! Well, my knees were knocking, my back teeth were floating, and I was pacing back and forth and I think that I may have hit the hang up key as I was biting my lip and whimpering. Man...I am sorry. I really thought that we could have finished the book to save you the expense of buying it and I didn't want the hassle of shipping it anyway.

    Here is what I will do. I will get the local elementary school kids to do a play and act out the last chapter. We will take a video of it, and I can drive over and show it to you in person. It will save us both a stamp or two!
    Anyway you could read me the last chapter, I'll call Johns for the rest.

    What do you want for:

    Stereoscopic Atlas of Slit-Lamp Biomicroscopy, vol I & II; Braley, Watzke, Allen, & Frazier

    I have belly button lint, loose buttons, a bag full of leaves, I even have a few dollars that I could spare. No seriously how much bro email me.

    PS - I'm gonna need pictures, and make sure you have your clothes on this time sheish.

    Curse you Harry Chilling!

    Cripes sake Man.......stop beating me DOWN!!!

    ***UNCLE...UNCLE***

    Your negotiating skills have no match! I folded quicker than an origami master. I gave in quicker than Canada! I was mesmerized by your opti-babble and charm. I was stunned like a bob_f_aboc at an Un-Expo!

    I give.....I Give.!

    Ok...The books are on their way, I have included a check to pay you what you demanded! You have my never ending loyalty and devotion. You are one savvy negotiator!

    Do you want an autographed copy or not? Should I initial the pictures? Should I powder down before the next photo shoot?

    Thumbs up **last call**

    It is time to wrap this up and go home folks! It is a done deal, fun while it lasted, worth every penny, but it is time to turn the lights out!

    Scramble while you can. Grab a few of these for a good time. You waited too long and its time to pounce! Beggars and laggards can not be choosey! You waited and now it slim pickings! Sure, you thought that you would hold out and get a few great titles, but alas, you hesitated, jerked around, twiddled your thumbs, and ALMOST missed out!

    It has gotten to the point that I would rather just rip the pages out and toss them in the burn barrel to keep my cardboard box {house} warm for another few nights.

    ******LAST CALL*******

    Get these gems while there is still time to beat me down!!!

    Reviving thread alert!!!!

    Some of you may have noticed that I have been off of Optiboard for almost a year. In that time, I devoted most of my time to reading the books from the list that I still have not sold. Since winter is approaching, I need to raise some cash to afford wood, oil, electric, and solar for the winter. I NEED to sell off these optical treasures.

    I got your optical books........RIGHT HERE!!!!

    Biomicroscopy for Contact Lens Practice; Goldberg
    Problems in Optometry, Special Contact Lens Procedure; Harris & London
    Visual Perception; Cornsweet {SPF}
    Physiology of the Eye; Davson
    Light and Vision; Life Science Library {SOLD}
    Current Concepts in Dyslexia; Hartenstein
    Modern Sales Techniques for Ophthalmic Dispensing; Alofs {SOLD}
    The Wills Eye Manual, 2nd edition; Cullom & Chang
    Marchon Eyeglassery, 2nd edition; Weber {SPF}
    An Optometrist's Guide to Clinical Ethics; Bailey & Heitman
    Handbook of Ocular Pharmacology; Smith {2 copies!}
    Marchon 101 Dispensing Tips; Weber {SPF}
    Automated Visual Field Testing, techniques of examination and interpetation; Silverstone & Hirsch
    Atlas of Strabismus, 2nd edition; Noorden & Maumenee {SPF}
    Ophthalmology Principles and Concepts, 2nd edition; Newell
    Handbook of Optics; Optical Society of America {SOLD}
    Spectacle Frame Dispensing; Clayton {SOLD}
    Scope Monograph on the Fundamentals of Ophthalmoscopy; Gordon
    Ophthalmic Lenses-Their History, Theory and Application; B&L {SOLD}
    20/20 is Not Enough; Seiderman & Marcus
    Exam Review for Ophthalmic Dispensing; National Academy of Opticianry {SOLD}

    If you are interested in any of them, make me an offer. I would prefer to sell them off as sets, not onsies and twosies.

    Come on, step up-not aside, we all talk about getting educated so here is YOUR chance to actually do it!

    Save a Fezz, Buy Some BOOKS!
