Anyone know where I can find some sag charts.

You want sag charts for manufacturer lens availability or sag to B.C. conversion tables?

Cal the lens manufacturer and have them fax it over. Otherwise, pray that the box lists the true curve and guess until the numbers match.

actually I am looking for the other kind, that i can use to check the
curves on my generator. this would be for concave curves.
index 1.53/ 50mm bell

Get a formula from the Optiboard gurus and put it on MS Excel. Then you can customize it to your needs and desires.
