Blue Jumper Smart Mirror ( Centration System )

    Dear all,

At the Vision Expo West I saw the new smart mirror ( Centration System) and was impressed.
Do you have any experience with the equipment and are you happy with the support and service from
the company that sells them in Florida?
Does it help selling more frames?

How does this new Smart Mirror compare to the Essilor Visioffice?
Any of you using the Essilor Visioffice yet?

Your feed back will be much appreciated as I'm debating between the 2 units.

    Regards, M:)

I have one since last May.

Strengths: Client/frame evaluation (pictures); Vision & Color Blindness testing; lens features demos, Superior PD acquisition. Colored CL previewer.
Weaknesses: Panto; Pupil height and face form meaurements; overly fussy to position client for these three (PDs no problem).

Lens thickness demos, index demonstrations take far too long.

    FWIW

    Thanks Barry for the info.

Apparently the new system measures SH, PD, Vertex, Panto and wrap which is ideal for the new lenses like Physio F360.

How about the reliability and service?

    Regards, M

i have used Essilor Visioffice, Zeiss Relax Vision Terminal and another 3rd party equipment Anyview From Korea. all of these selling for only 1 purpose, to make us sell better and easier.. i will say they all have pro n cons depend on what you really need.. the accuracy depend how you handle it.. you may need to try out every of them before you decide which to go.
    Yeap

Can the older model be updated with new measurement features?
