    IOL and night time glare

I have a client that has had IOL's O.U. and has no refractive error. She is getting glare, just at night( I can't think its a huge problem or she would have been back to see the M.D.). Can anyone suggest an optical solution for a this person? P.S. IOL's one year ago. I would expect the glare is related to pupil dilation. Thanks haliopt

For one, she probably does have a low amount of astigmatism, and two, she probably doesn't have aspheric IOL's.
