How to be an Electronic Medical Record

Hello please. I do not have my translator on me because she is in the jail again, so apologize please to my poor englishes.
In America, new law demands electronic medical records, also called EMR for some reason. Many optic peoples have a worry on this and ask "how can I make a compliance?" Is easy, Borysko tell you how.

How to be an Electronic Medical Record

    1. You must have the computer. In my office, we have what is call TRS-80, is latest technology in Ukraine. If you wish even better you may purchase best OS ever made, the Windows ME.
    2. Many questions must be asked for these records. Too much time. Is easy with computer program to answer these questions before patient even appear in office. Is called guessing. For example, every American over 30 has what is called "pre-diabetes" because you like to eat the pork rinds and drink the beer. No need to ask this question on a patient, computer can fill in the blank.
    3. Doctors hand-write in way that can't be read so that in court they can claim what they wrote says whatever was proper at time. With computer, this is difficult--but not impossible. You must program computer to make anything doctor type into gibberish, so just like with hand-writings no one can understand what doctor did.
    4. Records must be accessible to other medical peoples. This is easy. Allow any peoples on internet to log in as "root" to your server. Problem solved.
    5. If you do not wish own server, is good idea to host entire medical and financial records with online company you find in back of 20/20 magazine. All of these companies make perfect software that give you no worries whatsoever.
    6. Destroy all paper records. You do not need these now, and the space you save can now be used to file lawsuits resulting from data breaches and other EMR-related issues.
Number after 6. Train staff peoples to be what is called "computer literary." This mean, make sure new computer is used regularly for Facebook postings and finding the naughty pictures. Productivity may go down but staff morale go way up.
    8. Hire consultant to put a help on you. Same consultant that said luxury market and U.S. economy will expand in 2009 is good choice.
    9. Security is important. Make sure passwords are impossible to remember or even write down. Customer will appreciate waiting ten minutes to purchase contact lens cleaning solution if they know is for security.
    10. Take all the moneys you were going to invest in growing business and put into EMR. Is not optional.

Please thank you for considering my post. I am happy to be not banned yet.

11 Be sure to post current credit card and Social Security number with patient information to share with other ECP's and Governments (especially Ukraine's). This will save much time.

Uncle Fester, the sad part is this is exactly what's going to happen, in the sense that the software solutions currently offered expose all of that data.
