Buying Group for Shipping?

I had heard a few months ago that there is a buying group for optical suppliers. Some frame and lens companies pooled together to negotiate better shipping costs.

Anyone have an idea the name of this group? Or how I can get in touch with them?

The last 4-5 of those groups either gave us the same price we were paying (they keep the Profit) or gave us lower price but hit us with fees!

Find a freight forwarder that looks for better rates or routes for air freight.
I ship materials to South America and it goes via Europe at half the price the airlines charge on direct flights from here to South America. Takes a day or two longer.
From the far east have shipments sent by EMS.
