Younger has licensed the Nu-Polar process to a couple of companies. Says a lot about how good it is.

HOYA has licensed the NuPolar technology from Younger on several products, including GP Wide CR39 Polarized, Summit ECP Polycarbonate Polarized, and the newly released Phoenix SV.

I wouldn't mind seeing the prices on those. The last time I checked......my patients and I decided on less pricey options.

    How does the price compare?

Fezz is right there is a substantial cost differential in the NXT and Hoya products.

Why should I pay more ? A polarized lens is a sandwiched lens with a Polaroid filter (and has always been) in between which puts them all into the same category.
    Just bake the best deal.
