As for best... I think that has yet to be established. The benefit of lutein and zeaxanthin are yet to proven by the AREDS II study. I'm sure it doesn't hurt though.

All this talk about tozal reminds me of a joke.
A young couple is on their wedding night and the bride is in the bathroom of their hotel getting her negligee on while her new husband awaits her arrival sitting on the bed. Well, we know that nutrition and vitamins are beneficial for the eyes. Looks like all the vitamins that TOZAL contains will benefit a lot of eye conditions.
