Yellowing Trivex

Has anyone had this problem? A pt purchased trivex trans grey Ft28 lenses in January. The pt came in today and the lenses are nasty yellow (almost like someone left them in the UV bath too long)And the transitions doesn't change anymore. I would have returned them to the lab I ordered them from but they went out of business as of March of this year. I replaced them but am wondering if there is a way to get credit/ let someone know at transitions?? (Not sure its even worth the time). Any ideas?

I have never heard of a lens yellowing with fatigue issues so quickly. Do you have any idea of what the patient does for a living or hobbies?
