This was posted awhile ago. This is the direct result of being arrogant and assuming while placing the cart before the horse.

What happened to a little bit of paper work ? A Scope of Practise change ? Did they forget to apply ?

Let's just have a recap...Here's a brief summary of our excellent COO committee's accomplishments:

1. The inability to end the GG debacle.
2. Wasted thousands of 'our' money in legal costs with no results.
3. The loss our refraction opportunity affecting each and every optician.
4. Sealed the deal on #2 by acting too cocky and quickly resulting in the slap on the wrist letter from the Minister of Health.
5. More wasted funds on traveling the world to see 'what other countries' opticians are doing'. Now, that's surely money well spent.
6. Lavish dinner meetings and hotel stays.
7. Almost completely depleted our reserve fund.

What's next...another increase in our annual fees?
