Same ol' Same. Nothing new in my opinion. How many respondents would like to relieve themselves of the need to breathe?? Probably a fair amount.

if I had the choice to have the NEED to wear glasses or not, I would probably select not. Even though I tend to love the eyewear I have.

I thought the average cost of a pair of glasses was modest ($210) from what I expected. I was also interested in which country spent the least for specs. (Italy) I only read the abstract but it was surprising.

I think people like sunglasses. Maybe even love sunglasses. But why?

Well there are two parts to it.

1. People who would wear frames for fashion reason
2. People who HAVE to wear corrective vision

The first one is something that we can work on. The second one, well no one wants a medical problem. It may not be that they do not want to wear glasses. It is that they want the choice as to wear glasses or not.
