Bart Smith, continuing to be awesome since 1982 so that you don't have to.

Love is a duet, each voice complementing each other and making them sound better than they would alone, each voice at times stepping back and letting the other shine. We've got a pretty good duet going Tina.

On April 28th, I'll be marrying my best friend. I can't wait!

I had never fit contacts, The NCLE took me 1 review class and 1 night of studying to pass.

Unless you're fitting contacts all day, I wuld say Go for the ABO-AC it'll make you a better optician.

I've learned the hard way not to study for more than one thing at a time. (unless i'm doing studying full time w/o work and such)

    How long

have you been ABO certified? If it's less that 3 years, you need to wait. Personally, I would take the NCLE first, and then take the advanced. But, I agree with Bob, you need to take both.

Definitely take the NCLE first, then work on getting advanced certified (ABO and/or NCLE) after that.

In massachusetts, you now need to pass your NCLE (in addition to the ABO) to get an opticians license even if you don't fit contacts.

Might be the wave of the future, so I would take the NCLE first.
