What are the innovative ideas you have implimented to improve the functioning your office?
1.I was facing a problem of writing wrong/ incorrect addresses on the letters by my Clerk. There are parties with similar names we deal with. There used to be confusion. Then, some changeed their addresses and the changes were remain unedited at our end.
That caused too much emerassmennt for me.
I then decided to cut the Senders Addresses on the Incoming mails envelopes and preserve them in a photo album alphabetically.
That dramatically improoved the confidance of my clerk and now there are no problems.
2. We had desgined a slide to transport small items, from the Maznine to the Counter.
3.Then we have cut a hole (5*5 Inches.) in the Maznine and use a Card bord Box with a string working as hand operated Cargo Lift to transport Frames etc directly to the counter from our storing Racks on the Maznine.

Don't you know what computers are for. They will hold all the addresses you want, put your return address and the recipent's address on your letters and envelopes.

You are right, but it's easy to just patse the addresses rather than do all adjustments of the Envelpos and print it .
