Sunglasses Lens Question

Looking at purchasing sunglass lenses. What are the difference between all these below? - They will be non-script, just used for regular every day walking. I was thinking polarized would be fine...If polarized costs X and mid/high costs 2X is it really worth it? - I have also read that UV and protective coating, etc are just extra add on's that they try and sell you and not really needed. Tx
