Just wondering who washes plastic spoons, forks, and knives, to reuse them again. I just realized that some of what we washed tonight is over 6 years old.
Then the question begs to be asked: If we're going to wash it, why not use the real stuff?
I wash it.

I never use that cheap stuff.

My Bride always washes them.

I don't know why I didn't think of this before, but, send me your postal address and I will forward to you such items as baggies, aluminum foil and lightly used paper towels.

Thanks, but we've got plenty of that stuff. You see, we travel a lot, and whether anyone in the car has to "go" or not, we always stop at the rest areas along the way. If you stop right after lunch, people throw a lot of that stuff away, and sometimes, they only use about 75% of what they toss!
Just last week, my son found a half used roll of aluminum foil at the I-77 rest area between Wytheville Va, and Bluefield, WV. At first we'd thought we'd lost him, but then we saw his skinny little legs sticking straight up out of the dumpster, heard him yell, "yeeehaaww!!" and we knew he'd found a winner!!
Another reason why we have a lot of towels is that many of the rest areas use paper towels w/ the automatic dispensers. If you use one to dry with, and put an extra one in your pocket, they really add up!

So its safe to assume that you don't need salt, pepper, creamers, napkins and other condiments from the "Early Bird Special" at Rustler.
The true reason why Johns is reusing his plastic wear is because he is secretly a liberal who cares about the environment.

OK, I'm not sure how to vote...most of the time, I throw them away, but when they are "truly" unique ()...I keep them and wash them! :D (ex. I keep any long spoon...think Dairy Queen, Baskin Robbins, etc. they have the cool long spoons that really get all the goodness at the bottom of your sundae cup! I also like to keep the clear ones, not sure why on that one, but I do! LOL! :D)
LOL! After reading my own response, I think I may have a "condition"! :D
