    Case dismissed. But who won? Who lost?

    Defendant receives a legal bill for $30K. Plantiff's counsel probably took it on contingency. Plantiff pays zero. What a racket!

    We need to have some judges with the balls to dismiss "with prejudice". It's not done nearly enough.
