My Twin sister (yes...I have a twin...I know I know....scary thought) lives in Fargo. She says the people there are fantastic. This was all evident this past year as we watched them come together to help fight the flooding. She also says the schools are the best in the best in the US.

a place where employers are planning to hire "in the next quarter". I live in Barnstable-of course we're hiring now, it's our busiest season! I wouldn't pack up and move here on that premise. It will be over in September!
