where to find gucci japan titanium frames ?

saw some frames whilst travelling in japan, particularly gucci titanium frames that were made in japan. as i understand, gucci frames that are made in italy are all made of s/s but it was only the gucci japan ones that are titanium.

looking to see where I could find such gucci japan frames ? particularly interested in the gucci 9641J model, thanks!

I wanted to buy the frame only, and I think he wanted to tell me I couldn't and had to order the prescription lenses or I think so (lost in translation)
