I picked up this link from EOH (hope they don't care) These are made entirely from wood by a German craftsman.

Would these hold up against the dirt, sweat, skin oils, and yellow cheese?

Vondebar! Anybody got an idea of cost or if it can be imported. I have had some importers run afoul of the FDA and stop importing. Nothing toxic just over-regulated.

Adjusted, schmajusted, if you wear these, it'll be for show off time.
Generic library temples will work for these, otherwise you can learn to bend wood.

Those are really neat, Jacqui! Thanks for sharing!
It says they are made entirely of wood, no screws, etc. How the heck would you get the lenses in?

I've got a patient who comes in...he loves to whittle wooden spoons as a hobby...he does incredible work, I mean B-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l! Each time he and his wife come in, he brings a new piece to show me...you can tell he loves what he does, just like this designer.

I wonder if the designer also crafts the frames?

Check the link again. There is a promo video that shows the frame production, lens insertion, etc!

Oh, man...those are very neat...I'd wear a pair of those in a heart-beat! Well, maybe not the beergoggles (not saying they aren't neat-o, but, I don't think they are the right look for me LOL! :D)...but some of the others I could see myself wearing.

    Thanks for sharing! :)

PS..we should have some made from our bottles we had left over from un-expo! :bbg::bbg:
