Has anyone out there used the Crizal Sun Mirror coatings yet? I'm wondering how patients and opticians are liking it before I start recommending it to my patients.

I wear one, and I have sold a few. Mirror quality seems good, as I usually beat them up with sand, and looks good after 6 months.
I use it and reccomend it,it is a nice treatmant. When you combine Crizal Sun with polarized lenses the out come is a really nice pair of RX sunglasses.
I wear the Ice mirror treatment from iCoat. Works really well!

I like how durable they are, compared to some of the other options
I want to love it but had Crizal with silver flash mirror on Polarized alot of bs non-glare took mirror off front & now it is good.
Technical term.
We have used them for quite a while...none back with the mirror scratched.
The backside A/R is durable. We use the xelios lens packages ....a physio tint or polarized lens with either the crizal sun or Flash sun or Trio sun combos with excellent result...all good quality with essilor warranty.
Had 1 complaint from a pt who stated that the mirror was too light.
But overall a good lens IMO.... and unlike other mirror coated lenses, the Crizal Sun Mirror lens DOES have a scratch warranty since it has Crizal treatment.
Is a mirror coating more popular than any tint, now?
As far as I know, its portion in the sunglass market might be less than 5 %.
Am I wrong?:)
Thank you everyone for your opinions! It's greatly appreciated! Now I'll just have to give it a try!
a day late & a dollar short, yes it was backside non-glare. I know that is the purpose, but glare was horrendous.
