Same as you, under the frame brds and in rubbermade storage units, boxes on shelves etc.

Speaking of cases, one of my beefs with designer frames and there cases, is once you fit the frame to the pts head the new eyewear doesn't fit the designer case. I sure wish the MFG would take that into concideration when designing there sleek thin cases.
Sorry I just wanted to vent. :hammer:

I have both an entire closet shelved, plus two other cabinets, where we keep the "branded" cases *in* the boxes they actually came in. We go and retrieve *exactly* the sku for the style we've sold. Keeps everything together: The case, box packaging and screw stuff/etc. if they were rimless. Also helps us keep track of the inventory.

    FWIW

I stack mine under the counter in the laboratory in the cardboard boxes they arrive in. So that straight after assembly and focimetering i can give them a quick clean, a final inspection, case them up and away downstairs they go.

It works fine! After a sale is completed the dispensers on the shop floor bag up the frames and dispense records and store them in a box under the desk at reception, which gets taken upstairs once or twice a day. Im up there glazing and ordering non stop whilst listening to music all day! Some stores even have a chute where they slide completed jobs back down to the shop floor:bbg:

I agree-- I HATE those stupid slim designer cases. Especially for kids... the damn hard plastic cases they like to give for kids will fit a frame straight off the shelf -- the second you adjust the temples to fit A CHILD it will not fit. Ugh.
