Maybe Pete Hanlin can clarify a question I have on the new physio 360 short.
According to my lab the height "needs to be in the range of 14-17mm".
So 18+ high creates what problems or am I misinterpreting the letter?

I heard the same. My guess is that blind testing probably discovered an anomaly with the design (it's supossed to have better distance peripheral vision then the Ellipse). Maybe too much surface astigmatism below this point or the Add power tails off too soon.
Or they're worried the lens will feel too "busy" if fit at 20. Well, I've worn numerous short designs at 19 and 20 with no problem. Who wants the bottom of the frame at, or a millimeter or two below the middle of the page?:hammer: Might be OK if you're not an avid reader though.
As is usual, we'll have to wear the lens to know for sure. What's with holding back on the standard Physio Short until late summer or fall?
