If you are new to using them, try to send in your frames and not just order from pattern. We were having a heck of a time, they would send us uncuts (we do not have a lab). Watch your a/r coats, about half the time ours would come back uncoated. We haven't used them in about three months, so maybe they are a little better. They certainly were a whole lot cheaper.
They were nice enough to send me a slab-off just 2 weeks ago.........That I didn't order.
From the work ticket it looked like it took a month to get them out....
You probably Just Forgot about it !
