the stimulus will improve the current economy. Long term, I think he is pushing for initiatives that will encourage entrepreneurship and innovative industry. I believe it is a much better solution than the old way of propping up old industry at the expense of scarring away new forms.

He's been in office for less than 2 months. How can you possibly evaluate his performance? Even the kid at McDonalds gets 90 days. Jeeze!

Way to soon to know how we will be affected. It took 8 years of bad economic policy, and lack of government regulation of the credit markets to get into this mess. In any case, I would rather be spending government money (my money) on American jobs, infrastructure, and business initiatives rather than on making war and ramming democracy down the throats of the unwilling.

Even something controversial like helping out the American automakers sits better with me than spending, what, 1 billion per month in Iraq.

I do have to say that I plan on putting some good change in Canadian bank stocks very soon. I expect they will be shooting up, and I do not want to miss that.

Why are you waiting? Do you anticipate a further decline? When will they begin their rise?

they can begin to rise at any moment. Will they potentially decline more? Maybe. I am not concerned about that. They will eventually go up.
