    Vintage Frames

I have a Patient here with me today that has a pair of very old wing tip frames that she has had since 2ne grade, she is in her 70's. Does anyone know where she can go other than Ebay to see what they may be worth?
    Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Thanks Ginny:)

The current (this week's) issue of "New York" magazine

cites both Fabulous Fannies and Vintage Frames as sources in NY

    Vintage frames

If they are plastic and used they may be worth nothing- only sentimental.
Zyl becomes brittle with age. If they are metal they might be worth $15.00 or $20.00 retail. All the old frames were 1/10th 12 K gold so even the gold value is not too much.

Actually I went there, and wow! If I can get those old junkers can get that kind of price. I've got a bunch of them, I think I'll try to put on the net.
I may start spending the Saturdays I have off at flea markets. I often have patient that come in with some of the old 20's, 30's and 40's stuff in 12-18 k gold in excellent condition.

A little shopping and a few suckers on the Net and maybe I will get to retire after all. Too bad I didn't find this before the country went bust.

I have an old Cambridge in 14K (solid, not filled), I should see what it weighs and think about selling. Started thinking (dangerous), I also have a Golden Glow in GOLD.
