I am in need of a replacement frame. On top of being back-ordered, Marchon is telling me I am no longer Nike qualified.
The frame is a Nike 4009 color 45 50 eye.

Wha' you gatta do to be Nike qualified, place in the top of a 10K?
Chip, all the "big" boys want an initial minimum order for any name line, and then you have to re-purchase XXX $$ a quarter, or no can buy.
Warning to anyone who carries Marchon: They un-qualify you without any notice!! No letter, no phone call, zero customer service.
You can still often order a frame under "Warranty" for a patient...
it gets around the "rules"...

Marchon has a "hot-line" call the frame rep. They can pull it out of one of their accounts to give to you. Or do a special check in their warehouse. I don't get it, but the rep always finds us stuff.
I'll check for your frame tomorrow at the office...
