Will InstaShades become Transitions?

Now that EoA are taking over the Signet Kodak brand will the InstaShades technology become part of Transitions or will it stay completely seperate?

Hello KITT,
We know as much of the pending aquisition as any other outsider. From what I read in the press releases is that Signet Armorlite will remain a stand alone operation.

Transitions Optical has stand alone research and development as does its majority owner PPG Industries.

Essilor of France is the minority partner and has its own r&d for its special optical products and applications.
