Help, My AIT is DEAD!

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find someone who does repair work on AIT equipment. I have an INDO tracer blocker that has gone caput.

AIT said that they will charge me $895.00 per year to even talk to me on the phone about this machine.

Please help!!!

I used that machine for a few years and did the repairs myself. What kind of problem are you having?

The screen shows a CCD Error, and the stylus moves back and forth really fast, and want trace a frame.
