Devices for lifting glasses off nose

I remember that one company had a headband device named something like the "astrohook"? and several companies sold frames where the temples wrapped more and exerted pressure on the head to hold the glasses off the nose. I have not seen these in a while, anyone know where to find them??? I am trying to respong to a veteran's need after facial injuries.

Frannel had some "Tiara" type devises with removable flip-up eyewires. See if Hilco has some after aquireing Frannel.
They were ugly but they worked and were ideal for nursing home folks with nose problems and those that had very sensitive bridges after surgery in the bridge area.
