Do lines named for Celebraties drop off if one of them makes a bad movie or a bad whatever they do? Sarah's have been selling well here, I'll let you know if there is a decline.
Anybody notice that the states with the largest ethinc populations were redder than ususal?

Either a state is red or blue. I saw no shades of red on my HD TV. I did notice that the red states were also the good ole boy states, if you know what I mean.;)

I just got done wrapping up a sale for this very thing!

A lady comes in to pick up a repair and asks if we have any Palin glasses! I show her the closest thing like them that we carry. I explain that they are not exactly the same, and show her why they are different. She wants them, first time progressive (sick of NVO) wearer, write 'em up!!!!

I didn't even have to give 50% off! Well, she did get 20% off due to VSP rules....but who cares! I made a sale!!!

I had a woman come in to our shop asking for Palin glasses. I had informed her that we were out of stock. She glared at me and said "Well, YOU must be a democrat." :hammer:

I wanted to tell her that there were NO glasses in the world that would EVER make her look like Palin.

I wonder if she had ever found them.

Jeez, people, how many times do I have to review this:

It's not about the frame in Palin's eyewear...it's the shape!

I've sold 17 pairs so far, based on my tracing of her shape from the cover of TIME magazine. I used both Silhouette Enviso & Edge mountings, and The Jimmy Choo #04 (really good!). I've always shown them TIME's cover, and indicated that it may not be the same three pieces of metal, but the shape/size is exactly the same. Never a problem that its not the Kawasaki.

Talk about leaving money on the table! This week alone, one women who purchased a Choo/Palin came back and ordered another in a different color. And brought a friend in for the same.

Think out of the box here!

Gee, Chip, never guess you were from the South. Regarding red and blue states, I guess my thinking would be how many more blue states there were than usual - the shade of red looked the same to me. Anyway, was there a point to your remark?

We've had a bunch of patients come in asking for Sarahs glasses. Thanks Sarah!! We have the Silhouette Envisio better price point! And add extras to help make up the difference. LOL. Who has that much cash to spend!!
