hilco parts

i have a pair of Alpina PSO Four III sunglasses with optical inserts that a patient bought about 2 weeks ago. He has lost a nose pad, I called Hilco and they told me that they do not have any replacement parts for them. I really do not want to give him a nosepad off of 1 of my frames in store and then in turn ruin another pair that cost $65.
