    Newbie!

    Hi all,
    Stumbled across this forum with the help of google, have been in optics two years and currently in my final year of studying for my technicans qualifications, looking forward to getting to know you all!!

    Oh im from ireland and work in ireland btw not sure if there are many irish on here!:D

    Hi Shamanic,

    Welcome aboard. This is a great place for resources and catching up on what is happening in optical world.

    In Australia we dont have resources like this, so its great to get on and know what the rest of the world (or should I say mainly USA) is up to. Pity that there has not been many people from Europe log on (or that I know of)

    Well, Sure'in there's ioconnell from Corofin who is my nephew. He's been a member here since he was 14 years old. He recently graduated from the University in Limerick as a bio medical engineer. Currently he works for Boston Scientific in Clonmel. You can find him using our search engine and send him a PM if you care to, he's a good lad and maybe you could hook up.
