Miss-Delivered Stuff

UPS at least can't help B-O they work hard in the Summer time without the benefit of air-conditioned trucks. Have noticed that they seem to be giving poorer service and getting dumber and dumber help.
Use FED-Ex, my son works in thier computer department and I don't want them to have any lay-offs.

It's not just B.O., our current DHL driver has a knock down nicotine smell, and our old one used to be stoned every time he came in and smelled like pot.

If addressed to us, we open it and then discover it has the wrong invoice inside, and it is not stuff we ordered, I check out the prices on the invoice to see if we are paying more than they are. I then call the local ECP and let them determine how they want to get it. I then call the lens or frame company and ask about our order.
