    Speaking of Sarah Palin's eyewear..

I'm now making *more* samples, in different sizes and colors, and I want to caution all:

This is the most unforgiving shape, with respect to rimless *shape* axis, that I have ever seen.

Barry, according to our Italee rep, the only modification which Palin's optician made to the original Kawasaki shape was to increase the "B". I wish I remembered the shape number; I think it showed up in the USA Today article.

Based on what I saw of the various Kawasaki 704 series shapes, most of them look very unforgiving on axis; very angular, very precise.

Yeah, the shapes look a lot like the Eschenbach drill mounts. All angles and corners.

    Sarah Palin's Shape

The shape is Italee SF 103 with B measurement modifications. (51 Eye)
Italee has had so many requests for this they have created a new shape called SP (for Sarah Palin).

I suggest that you all consider

the same shape (already discussed), and the Jimmy Choo Rimless #04. The colors this model comes in are great, and the mounting detailing looks terrific.

Just made several samples with photochromic Poly AR Plano...

Also, Silhouette Enviso (Mtg 7608) is also excellent. Made this as well.

But...it will definitely help you tweak the shape axis of your edger!
