Yeah, people in our office were on the outs with Tura over insignificant things. I had a friend who saw a Ted Baker frame in Europe and wanted us to order it. Got the rep back in and picked up a good chunk of the line.

It might just be the customer that is cursed but her bridge broke. Warranty issue. It was back ordered for months and then when I finally got the new bridge the position of the mounting didn't match the drill holes and notching on the lenses so we received another frame from our rep (I love Ernie) and it worked but it was brought in yesterday because of apparently improper mounting on our part. I used a lightly longer screw to compensate for the hyperopic nature of the rx and it should be ok now except that the screwdriver slipped when mounting and we have to remake her lens.
