Contact VSI http://www.patternless.com/ and ask for Leo Hadley (he's a member here). They should have blocks or know of sources. I get my blocking pads from DAC Vision http://www.dacvision.com/ . They may also have blocks. Most wholesale labs will also get pads for you, if you ask.
We use Phantom pads. VSI doesn't sell them, but I think recommend them.
