If I understand correctly, your AR avialbility is based on the back curve of the lens and not the production of the AR? Is this correct?
Would it not be easier to then draw up a chart (or add to the one you have) what your maximum power range would be for every base curve?
eg. On a 4 base, you maximum power range would be a -4sph with a 2 cyl. This way you dont have to wait for the order to come in, and you can let your customers know what your limits are. Anything outside of this would then be done elsewhere (or whatever the case may be)

If this is not what yopu are looking for, then I am sure one of the other optiboarders will point you in the right direction.

OK. I have not heard of this, we use different cribbing sizes, so thats why I asked the question.

I am afraid I can not help you there, but it looks like you are going to require a crystal ball not a software programme!:D Knowing what customers prescriptions are going to be is straying into voodoo territory!:finger:

Perhaps you can get a program or macro that works with the ordering system, which will show the customer (at the time of order) whether the job is in-house or not. This may have to be made to your specifications but a good place to start is ask optiboard use shanbaum whether he knows how to help.

Sorry this is the best I can do.
