I have carried the frames for perhaps 20 years. They were quite exclusive, now they seem to sell to more stores than previously. The important thing to know is that very few labs can adequately process the lenses. I won't beat that to death, but don't think you will just buy these and send them off to Hoya, or Essilor etc and expect them to do them correctly. If you don't expect to cut edge and perhaps drill them in house, pass on the line.
That said, the number is 1-800-386-9196. Keep in mind that it is 8, or in your case maybe 7 hours later there than here. Remember that the Danish take enormous vacations in Denmark. Don't be shocked when there is no one available to set up your account. Some reps cover many many states and the company is not exceptionally user friendly! Forget returns just because a frame does not sell. And if one sits on your board for a while, and you sell it, remember it has a date on it. So if it hangs there for three years and you sell it, you have to convince them that you didn't sell it a long time ago and the warrantee...three years is not over.
Do I seem sour? It is the best product I have ever carried, but extremely hard to manage.
As the dollar sinks, it gets more and more expensive. Are there locations in your area? If so, go and see what they carry and how sales are.
I know...they won't tell you...so just show up and take a peek.
