    Lindberg---Anyone have Rep contact info

I've been trying to get in contact with Lindberg so that I can get their frames into my optical. Great high end look and exclusivity which will work well for my demographic. I've tried all email addresses and phone numbers on their website.

Any one deal with one of their reps? If so, could you give me their contact info? Please ! :D

That does tell me at which of my competition I can buy them, but it doesn't tell me the name or contact info for an actual sales rep. Maybe it's just me, but this is one hard company to get a hold of.

What it does tell you is that they are "exclusives".

I think that the phone number you were given had only 6 digits. That won't work in the USA.
I have carried the frames for perhaps 20 years. They were quite exclusive, now they seem to sell to more stores than previously. The important thing to know is that very few labs can adequately process the lenses. I won't beat that to death, but don't think you will just buy these and send them off to Hoya, or Essilor etc and expect them to do them correctly. If you don't expect to cut edge and perhaps drill them in house, pass on the line.
That said, the number is 1-800-386-9196. Keep in mind that it is 8, or in your case maybe 7 hours later there than here. Remember that the Danish take enormous vacations in Denmark. Don't be shocked when there is no one available to set up your account. Some reps cover many many states and the company is not exceptionally user friendly! Forget returns just because a frame does not sell. And if one sits on your board for a while, and you sell it, remember it has a date on it. So if it hangs there for three years and you sell it, you have to convince them that you didn't sell it a long time ago and the warrantee...three years is not over.
Do I seem sour? It is the best product I have ever carried, but extremely hard to manage.
As the dollar sinks, it gets more and more expensive. Are there locations in your area? If so, go and see what they carry and how sales are.
    I know...they won't tell you...so just show up and take a peek.

Only 2 other practices in Virginia Beach carry them right now. I'll give it a try. It looks like a great line, but your post does worry me a little as I am a little impatient regarding service from frame accounts.

    Lindberg . . .

Never had a problem with the company, either with customer service, working with my Rep etc. It has been a year or two since I have worked in the office that sold Lindberg so I do not have contact info for you, but I can say that I never once had an issue dealing with the company.

*Only thing is, it takes about 2 weeks give or take to get a frame in. This, of course, is because we never sold our demos but ordered new ones for the patients. Things can also get held up in customs, as has happened to me and 2 weeks became 4. However that is not Lindbergs fault. So if you do not want to deal with waiting for shipping, customs, etc than I suggest selling off the board.

We also edged and drilled In House, so I am not sure if each Lab could mount the lenses into the chasis correctly. They were the most popular of all the rimless chasis we sold. Our retail was $599.

Almost Forgot! . . . Don't believe what they tell you as far as only 2 other practices carrying their line. In the State I am in, I walked into another optical that said they were the exclusive distributors of Lindberg in the State, even though I had been selling them in another city for over 2 years!
