Any books out there on selling?

Are there any resources out there that describe different selling techniques for eyewear? Books? Articles?

    Thanks!

You could also check out various sales resources in general. The Canadian Professional Selling Association http://www.cpsa.com/ has a free e-newsletter that has some pretty interesting articles each month. Also Jeffrey Gitomer’s Little Red Book of Selling is another interesting read.

For a specific Optical Sales article, the following link had some good points http://opticalworld.wordpress.com/20...s-is-the-goal/

Again checking into sales articles/books of a general nature is a good idea because they give you various tools and techniques that can be applied to any profession you are in. Sales is about testing, seeing what works and don’t work for your industry and your own personality.

    Happy Selling,

It sounds like an interesting and useful book.
