    I know of a place

I know that Salem (www.salemdist.com) sells them and for a lot less than Gerber does, let me know what you want and I will get you an exact price (there are different wheels for different applications)

Super Abrasives in Georgia. They had a booth at VEW. It's what the pros use. Be sure and call the one in Georgia. There are 2 super abrasives, and the other one doesn't make edger wheels

If you are ordering wheels from GerberCoburn, they sell wheels supplied by Essilor and also from a local wheel manufacturer, Inland, I believe. If the part number begins with 5CX........., they are local wheels and sell for at least half the price of the Essilor wheels, part number begins with 4CX......
The GC customer service reps who answer the phone don't know the difference and will order whatever you tell them. If you are looking in the owners manual for the wheel part numbers, they are the part numbers supplied by Essilor. If your not sure, call GC service and they can tell you the exact part numbers and costs before ordering.

They should have all the wheels; ask for Cora.
TRY THE TRIVEX ROUGHING WHEEL, IT IS THE BEST THING WE EVER PURCHASED FOR THE MACHINE. IT WORKS GREAT ON ALL MATERIALS AND IS MUCH EASIER ON THE EQUIPMENT.

Ask her if it will work on your machine.

    I agree with Craig

I used to use Superabrasive's wheel when I was in the UK, they gave a much better polish and finish than the manufacturers own wheel, and they were great value too! And the Trivex wheel is great, like a knife through butter!

Well here's the number for Superabrasive too!

    It's 678-714-6840 and dial extension 109

They manufacture all of their own wheels themselves, unlike some other people who buy from China! Trust me they're not bought from other people, I used to buy them from their distributor in England and I learned a lot about these wheels to make sure they were good quality, I only used their wheels in the labs I worked in.

I've just been on the phone to them recently and they're very helpful. The guy I spoke to was called Steve, he's a fellow Brit but, please, don't hold that against him! :bbg:
