A/R labs?

Please let me know which labs you recommend for A/R. Please no labs out west. I surface in house and would like some suggestions. I surface only CR-39 and Hi-Index.

I recently learned about Seiko/Pentax. They'll coat lenses you send them for a flat rate. Their coating seems to be fairly slick (like Teflon), and their stock lens range is amazing for 1.60 and 1.67.
